To advise the Government and advocate for the planning, development, implementation and integration of Government policies, projects and programs concerning the youth while advocating for the youth.

 

The sectoral groups will be responsible for the execution of the workplan and the achievement of the objectives under the guidance and oversight of the core committee.

 

The opportunity to share your views and thoughts on different sectors, issues, policies and projects. Also, the opportunity to enhance and develop one’s skills and contribute to nation development.

There are 20 sectoral groups: Professions, Agriculture, Sports, Culture, Health, I.T, Tourism and Hospitality, Climate Change, Housing, Grenadines, Creative Industries, Business and Entrepreneurship, Labour, Media, Church, Regional Integration and Foreign Policy, Diaspora, Education, Fisheries and Disabilities.

The development of leadership, teamwork, people and presentation skills and the power to contribute to the development of the nation and the decision making of the Government.

The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, The community, Accounting Officers in the Public Service, Private Sector, The Youth.

Anyone of any age can partake in the activities of the Council but to be a part of the process, one’s name must be submitted to the Cabinet, through the Chairman, for approval.
