Award Description: The award recognises a young Vincentian creative (painter, sculptor, curator, photographer, filmmaker, craftsperson, curator, graphic designer, illustrator, animator, dancer, actor, spoken word artist and fashion designer) who exemplifies the qualities of innovation and commitment to their medium, as well as an interest in building creative community and enabling not just their own work but the work of their peers.

Biographies of Nominees
Sean Roache
Sean Roache is a multidisciplinary professional—Detective Corporal in the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force, internationally exhibited artist, TEDx speaker, and martial arts practitioner. With nearly a decade in law enforcement, he specializes in forensic crime scene investigation, evidence recovery, and community-driven crime prevention. Sean’s unique integration of technology and art includes delivering presentations on the use of artificial intelligence in policing and mentoring youth in discipline and creativity.
His artwork has been showcased across the Caribbean, the United States, and Taiwan, with notable contributions to cultural diplomacy through the Embassy of Taiwan. A graduate in Artificial Intelligence Technology from I-Shou University, Sean also teaches Tai Chi and Qigong for health and wellness. His career exemplifies innovation at the intersection of public safety, cultural expression, and holistic well-being.
Kyle Niles
Kyle Niles is a Vincentian videographer and content creator whose work bridges television, digital media, and community storytelling. He is the co-founder of the YouTube channel The Vibe Station and also runs Nine Visuals, his creative business. Currently a videographer at IKTV, his professional journey began at VC3, where he gained early experience recording and editing programs for local broadcast. A graduate of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College, where he studied Computer Science, Green Engineering, and Communication Studies, and also co-founded the Photography Division of the Performing Arts Society, He is passionate about crafting visual narratives that connect with audiences across platforms.
Jeremy Payne
Jeremy Payne is a Vincentian artist and fashion designer with over a decade of experience in fashion, fine arts, and creative direction. Founder and creative force behind the clothing brand Fashion Is Payne, Jeremy is known for his innovative collections and visionary approach to sustainable design. His work has earned international acclaim—he was the first Vincentian exhibitor at the Commonwealth Fashion Exchange at Buckingham Palace in 2018 and represented his country at Pitch@Palace Commonwealth at St. James’ Palace the same year. A former fashion editor for Vincy Ezine, Jeremy combines artistry with market insight to shape trends and inspire future creatives. His dedication to cultural expression, the creative industry and refined craftsmanship continues to elevate Caribbean fashion on the global stage.
Deja Henry
Deja Henry is an emerging Vincentian artist and creative with a passion for storytelling through visual arts. A graduate of the St. Vincent Girls’ High School and the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College, she has already established herself as a top performer in the Fine Arts program. Deja’s artistic interests span painting, drawing, crocheting, video editing, and graphic design. She has contributed her talents by participating in a mural course that was done at the Calliqua Primary School. Deja is always interested in expanding on her skills and exploring new techniques.
Shanique Stewart
Shanique Stewart is a Vincentian visual artist, sculptor, and arts educator whose work spans sculpture, murals, wearable art, and digital media. A graduate of the Edna Manley College of the Visual & Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture, she is the founder of Beaux-Arts by Shanique Stewart and BeeComing Arts Academy, nurturing creativity among youth. Shanique has exhibited her work regionally and internationally—including in Jamaica, the USA, Trinidad, and Barbados—and has received accolades such as the Catapult Grant (2022), Engage Art Contest finalist (2020), and semi-finalist in the Royal Caribbean Artist Discovery Program (2023). Her mural work has contributed to community projects with UNICEF, Goodness Tour, and ECMMAN, among others. As an artist, educator, and entrepreneur, Shanique combines her passion for creative direction, philanthropy, and cultural development to shape the Caribbean arts landscape.
Leeandra Thompson-Guy
Leeandra Thompson-Guy is a Vincentian community muralist, art educator, and arts-and-therapy facilitator whose work transforms public spaces into vibrant canvases of healing and resilience. Since 2014, she has spearheaded community-driven projects—from the Volcano Mural Painting Project in partnership with UNICEF during the 2021 eruption, to beautification initiatives at hospitals, clinics, schools, and village bus stops. Her efforts extend beyond aesthetics; Leeandra integrates art with therapeutic practices, conducting sessions for cancer patients, school counselors, and vulnerable communities. She has collaborated with organizations such as the Red Cross, Lion’s Club, Rotary Club, and The Goodness Tour to create spaces of comfort and empowerment. Her murals, workshops, and exhibitions reflect her commitment to cultural pride, environmental awareness, and the power of art to inspire hope.
