Award: Young Visionary Award

Jared is an Electrical Engineer who graduated from the St Vincent Technical College June of this year with an Associates Degree along with a Special Award for having the highest GPA in his field. Prior to attending the St Vincent Technical College he was a student at the St. Joseph’s Convent Marriaqua and graduated at the top of his class. He is currently working in the family business ‘Nichols Garage’ where he repairs generators. The garage is also the SDMO and FG Wilson dealers within St.Vincent and The Grenadines. He would like to further his studies in Electrical Engineering by studying and learning the process of rewinding electrical motors and generators, this is the process by which the copper coils of a motor or generator are removed and redone.

Andrella during the past 9 years has been involved in the service industry as a Waitress/Bartender and also a nail tech. She acquired a wealth of knowledge working in the service industry and her involvement in the fields has broaden her understanding in dealing with people in and out of her community. Her professional skills and experiences along with her humble personality has enhanced the human resources necessary and beneficial to the service industry.

Sherrol owns  SamVino. It was established in the year 2021 to pay homage to her late father. During her years in business, she has supported local farmers and other local businesses and produced a total of 13 wine flavors using local fruits. She participated in the Everything Vincy Expo two years in a row and was given the opportunity to showcase at the Taiwanese Women's Empowerment display. 
She graduated from the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Girls High school in 2014 and furthered her education at the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Community College.
 Sherrol worked in retail for some time, and is currently a participant in the Youth Empowerment Service Program. She is heavily involved in various community groups geared towards the upliftment of the youth of St. Vincent and the Grenadines." 

Eznique Walker is the owner and founder of Sew N Slay, a proudly locally-owned business here in Arnos Vale. Sewing is her passion, and through Sew N Slay, she creates professional, high-quality pieces designed to inspire confidence in every client. From a young age, she was drawn to sewing. Watching fabric transform into a complete piece felt like magic, and she wanted to learn how to do it herself. What began as a curious hobby quickly grew into a true passion as she discovered the joy and creativity involved in each stitch, pattern, and finished garment. At Sew N Slay, she specializes in custom wedding attire, formal and informal wear, unique handbags, baby clothing, and school uniforms. She also offers alteration services to make sure your clothes fit just right.

Myia is the owner and manager of Jos Bar and Grill. The establishment started in 2019 and since then she has managed to increase her customer base by 40% through targeted advertising and promotions. On a daily basis, she would oversee financial records, manage the daily operations and staff recruitment. She even implemented inventory controls reducing waste and optimizing stock levels for better management. In 2013 she graduated from the Division of Technical and Vocational Education with an associate degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. She is also the holder of numerous certifcations mainly in youth entrepreneurship, supervisory management, bartenders and waiters training and YouBet Summer programme. 

Mr. Soleyn is an approved tour guide and the founder and CEO of Solz Eco- Adventures. In 2018, he graduated the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College, DASGS with an Associate Degree in Information Technology. That same year, he started as a store room clerk in the Harmony Investment Ltd. warehouse department and in 2023 he branched off into the Tourism sector where he still is a part of. He did not stop there but leveraged his on the job skills that he learnt from the previous jobs and started his own business Solz Eco- Adventures. Mr. Soleyn is the holder of multiple certificates mainly PAHO Emergency Care and Treatment, PAHO Mass Casualty Management, Approved Tour Guide License, Adult CPR.

The person and head chef behind Queen's Hideout catering services is Kelisha Ryan. She started this entity in 2018 and since then she has sustained steady growth and a strong customer base. She prioritises local ingredients to support farmers and reduce environmental footprint. Mentoring other young culinary enthusiasts is part of her regime and she combines traditional flavours with contempary twists. Before starting her own business she was a YES program teacher.

Mr. Kai Delpesche is an astute business man from the small village of Petit Bordel. In the past he worked with the Ministry of Transport and Works before venturing into the field of promotion and the distribution of drinks. He was the promoter behind color wave ultimate independence boatride. Kai has pulled off more events and is looking to expand his reach and host more events.

China Primus, an innovative and eco-conscious swimsuit designer from Cane Garden, has over seven years of experience in the fashion industry as the founder of Ching Ling Designs. Her brand is recognized for merging aesthetics with sustainability, crafting swimwear that is both visually captivating and environmentally friendly. Primus’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill (Class of 2021), which bolsters her expertise in managing and growing her brand. Since establishing Ching Ling Designs in 2017, Primus has gained acclaim for her groundbreaking designs showcased in international competitions and events. Notably, she has designed swimsuits for prominent pageant contestants, including Miss SVG representatives at the Culturama festival in Nevis and the SMX Caribbean Carnival in St. Maarten. Her collaborations with influencers like Kevisha Greaves and contributions to events such as the ‘Jump Life Fashion Show’ and Vincy Mas illustrate her versatility and commitment to impactful fashion. Primus’s achievements include recognition by the Karibbean Kollective as a top Caribbean swimwear brand and being chosen by artist Shenseea as one of the region’s leading designers. Her work has been featured in Cacique Magazine and supported initiatives like teaching and mentoring young talent in fashion. Through her involvement in the LOUD program and community mentorships, she has showcased her dedication to fostering creative growth in others. China Primus continues to blend creativity, ethics, and expertise, ensuring her swimwear leaves a lasting impact on both fashion and sustainability.

 Working in the Auto Imports Industry was one of the best decisions Glenroy Jacobs ever made, learning the fundamentals of the Auto World with help and motivation from other importers whom he interacted with brought him to be one of the best importers around which made his business stand out. As he continues working with different clients understanding their needs, a spark for doing more was on the table where he expanded his services in serving the public on a larger scale.
