Biographies of Nominees

Nleez Providence

Nleez Providence is a creative and visionary youth leader whose work in digital media continues to make an impact across St. Vincent and the Grenadines. As a Digital Media Officer at Coreas Hazells Inc. and a member of the Prime Ministerial Advisory Council on Youth’s Social Media Committee, she has produced dynamic content that captures local stories, promotes youth initiatives, and strengthens community engagement. Her innovative approach to digital storytelling was showcased through her coverage of the Ignite Talent Show 2025, which highlighted emerging Vincentian talent on social platforms.

A proud alumnus of the St. Vincent Girls’ High School, where she served as Head Girl, and a Past Digital Media student at the SVG Community College, Nleez has consistently demonstrated leadership, creativity, and discipline. From coordinating dance performances to advocating for student rights, she combines artistry with purpose. 

Christel Charles

Christel Charles is a Business Management graduate with a minor in Marketing and a passion for media and storytelling. As an Information Cadet at the Agency for Public Information, she plays a vital role in producing news stories and human-interest features that highlight government initiatives and community achievements across St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Her ability to connect with people and bring their stories to life reflects her natural talent for communication and journalism.

With experience in customer service, leadership, and digital media, Christel combines professionalism with creativity to inspire others through her work. Beyond her role at the API, she uses her social media platforms to engage audiences and promote positive narratives. 

Jonard Forde

Jonard Forde is a marketing professional with experience in various marketing and management roles. Jonard is pursuing a Marketing degree from Edinburgh Napier University, with an expected graduation in 2025. Jonard’s work experience spans multiple roles, including CEO of Project Forde, Marketing Manager for Planet Soca in Canada, and Marketing Manager for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 for St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He has managed digital marketing for organizations such as the East Caribbean Group of Companies and the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Port Authority. 

Additionally, he has led digital and social media marketing for events and brands across various sectors, showcasing his skills in digital strategy, event planning, and brand management. He holds certifications in digital marketing, social media, and compliance and has technical proficiency in software like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office. Jonard is also involved in extracurricular activities, including membership in the Rotaract Club of Kingstown and roles in sports and committees.

Ari Shaw

Ari Shaw is an accomplished Vincentian journalist with over ten years of experience across traditional and new media, public relations, and event coordination. As the creative mind behind Off The Record, Ari developed the platform to spotlight the inspiring life journeys of prominent Vincentians. Through engaging and articulate conversations, the show provides listeners with meaningful insights into the personal and professional experiences of well-known public figures. Ari’s vision for Off The Record is to inform, inspire, and connect audiences both locally and abroad—creating a space where stories of success, perseverance, and authenticity are shared off the record.
