Biographies of Nominees
Adrian Constance
Adrian Constance is a compassionate youth mentor and devout Christian with nine years of experience guiding young people toward spiritual growth, personal development, and leadership. His passion is to create supportive spaces where youth feel seen, heard, and empowered to impact their communities.
Constance has held several leadership roles, including President of the Glad Tidings Tabernacle Youth Department, Church Board Member, and Executive Member of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies SVG District Youth Department. He has also served as PRO for the Trinidad and Tobago Organization of Pharmacy Students, secretary for multiple youth and Christian groups, and prayer group leader during his time at UWI St. Augustine.
Adrian is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a B.Sc in Pharmacy, and holds a Certificate in Practical Ministry from the West Indies School of Theology, Constance.
Olrick Pompey
Olrick Pompey is a passionate youth leader and mentor. He currently serves as President of the Generation Next Youth Group, a role that allows him to lead with purpose and vision, guiding young people toward empowerment and positive change. Since the group’s creation in 2024, Olrick has coordinated programs, delivered impactful messages, and built spaces where youth can grow in confidence, faith, and leadership.
Olrick’s leadership journey began at Joyful Praise Tabernacle IPA Mesopotamia, where he served as PRO from 2019 to 2022. He has since been deeply involved in youth-focused initiatives, including planning logistics and leading delegations for events such as the Mt. Pisgah SBC 14th and 15th anniversary celebrations and the National Spiritual Baptist Liberation Day in Trinidad and Tobago (2025). He has also delivered the word at multiple youth services, further establishing his voice as a motivator and faith-driven leader.
At the heart of Olrick’s work is mentorship. Whether through one-on-one conversations, school-based initiatives, or structured youth programs, he is committed to being a role model and support system for young people. His leadership, service, and dedication to youth engagement continue to shape opportunities for young people to feel heard, valued, and empowered across St. Vincent and the wider region.
Olrick’s journey in Ministry combines professional knowledge, ministry skills, and deep compassion in his mentorship. He continues to inspire youth through spoken word poetry, preaching, and group mentoring focused on faith, life skills, and personal growth.
Andre Theobalds
Andre Theobalds is a dedicated servant leader whose life reflects a balance of faith, community service, and professional ambition. A committed member of the Roman Catholic Cathedral of the Assumption in Kingstown, he contributes as an altar server, youth group member, drummer, and mentor to younger parishioners. His faith journey has taken him to international gatherings such as World Youth Day in Poland and Brazil, where he represented both his church and his nation.
Beyond the church, Andre has been a strong advocate for youth empowerment in his community. As Captain of the Port Authority Genesis Steel Band, he led the group to memorable performances in Junior Panorama competitions. He also dedicates time to mentoring young men in the Gibson Corner area, fostering positive values and personal growth.
Professionally, Andre is charting an impressive course in the maritime industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Transportation and currently serves as a Trainee Marine Pilot, combining his academic foundation with discipline and passion for service. His journey continues to inspire youth, blending faith, leadership, and excellence in every sphere of life.
Sheldon Fredrick
Sheldon Fredrick is a qualified educator and minister of the gospel with extensive experience in teaching, mentorship, and youth development. His passion lies in empowering young people to realize their full potential through faith, education, and personal growth. Currently serving as a teacher at the Charles Adams Anglican High School in Bequia, Sheldon also provides mentorship through home-based programs and motivational speaking at youth-focused events.
Sheldon’s educational background includes a B.Sc. in Sociology and Human Resource Management (First Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies, along with an associate degree in Teacher Education and an Advanced Level Certificate in Law, Sociology, History, and Communication Studies. His leadership journey extends beyond the classroom, as he has served as youth leader at Bequia Pentecostal Church, chaplain at the Division of Teacher Education, and president of both the A-Level Sociology Club and the Early Childhood Centre PTA in Bequia.
Dedicated to service, Sheldon has organized outreach programs such as annual school-supply drives, vacation Bible schools, and children’s ministries. He continues to inspire and uplift youth through evangelism, mentorship, and community initiatives, shaping the next generation with values of faith, discipline, and resilience.
Samantha Diamond
Samantha Diamond is a devoted Christian, speaker, and youth mentor committed to guiding young people toward a Christ-centered, purpose-driven life. With years of leadership experience, she has served as Youth President of KLT Youth Ministry (2014–2021) and currently leads at Layou Miracle Church. In her role as Staff Worker with the InterSchool and College Christian Fellowship, she engages students in discipleship, mentorship, and faith development.
Her ministry has extended to school tours addressing issues such as abuse, bullying, and self-esteem; quarterly youth camps for holistic development; and training seminars to equip students with skills for both life and faith. She is also a published author of Single & Seeking: My Journey to Love and Youth Ministry 101: A Youth Leader’s Guide to Effective Ministry, resources that provide practical and spiritual guidance for young people and youth leaders alike.
Samantha combines management, creativity, and strong communication skills with her passion for mentorship. She continues to impact the Caribbean region as a representative on international youth ministry committees and as a content creator dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation.
Michael Craigg
Michael Craigg is a pastor, educator, and ambassador dedicated to faith, leadership, and service. He has held pastoral roles across Jamaica and Florida, including Lead Pastor at Victory Place International, Assistant Pastor at Waltham Park New Testament Church of God, and Director of Paradigm Movement International, where he leads mentorship, leadership training, and counselling initiatives. Recognized as a United Nations Peace Ambassador, his ministry emphasizes discipleship, community outreach, and youth empowerment.
Beyond the pulpit, Dr. Craigg is a committed educator. He lectures at the Jamaica Theological Seminary and teaches at Immaculate Conception High, while also having served at the University of the West Indies Pre-University College. He holds a Master of Education in Geography and Social Studies, a bachelor’s degree in Theology and Guidance & Counselling (Honors, Valedictorian), and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. With certifications in Project Management, Protocol and Diplomacy, and Chaplaincy, he continues to blend his expertise in ministry and education to inspire growth and transformation in both church and society.
Jamel Providence
Jamel Providence is a forward-thinking leader and dedicated pastor with a passion for youth ministry, leadership, and community engagement. He currently serves as District Pastor with the SVG Mission of Seventh-day Adventists, where he combines his pastoral calling with strategic leadership and mentorship. His professional journey includes diverse roles such as Supervisor at the SVG Statistical Office, Research Assistant with the SkYE Labour Force Survey, Community Health Promotion Officer with the Ministry of Health, and Assistant Shipping Coordinator at the East Caribbean Group of Companies. He also gained administrative experience at the University of the Southern Caribbean, where he supported alumni affairs and guest services.
Academically, he holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with an emphasis in Youth Ministry (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of the Southern Caribbean. His qualifications are further supported by certifications in TEFL/TESOL, Digital Marketing, and Public Speaking and Communication. Skilled in leadership, communication, event planning, and digital media, he is committed to fostering holistic growth, building strong relationships, and equipping future leaders to positively impact their communities while advancing the message of Christ.
Tevon Browne
Tevon Browne is a committed servant of God, pastor, and mentor dedicated to preaching the Gospel and empowering youth through faith, leadership, and community service. He currently serves as Assistant Pastor at Lowmans Hill New Testament Church of God, District Youth Leader for the Lowmans District, and a member of the Youth Board of the New Testament Church of God in SVG. Tevon has extensive experience in ministry, including preaching, teaching, and spiritual mentorship across multiple platforms, alongside engagement in youth empowerment programs.
Academically, he holds an associate degree in Paralegal Studies and an associate degree in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care Ministry, complemented by certificates in Ministerial, Pastoral, Doctrinal, and Biblical Studies. Professionally, Tevon has served as a Police Officer, Fire Brigade member, Intern Legal Secretary, and YES Programme Worker. Skilled in pastoral care, biblical teaching, leadership, mentorship, and music, he continues to use his gifts to positively impact lives and build the Kingdom of God.
Revd. Khadisha Smart
Revd. Khadisha Smart is an Anglican priest, theologian, and youth mentor from Calliaqua. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Theology with First Class Honors from the University of the West Indies (2018–2021) and a Diploma in Pastoral Studies from Codrington College. Ordained to the Diaconate in 2021 and to the Sacred Priesthood in 2022, she has served as Assistant Curate in Saint Lucia and currently is Priest-in-Charge of the Parish of St. Philip’s Mesopotamia with St. Joseph Richland Park and St. Matthias Evesham.
Revd. Smart’s ministry and leadership extend locally, regionally, and internationally. She has held youth leadership roles, coordinated charity initiatives, and represented theology students on academic committees. Internationally, she has served as Steward at the Lambeth Conference and World Council of Churches Conference, volunteered in chaplaincy at UK hospitals, and currently acts as Coordinator of the Young Anglican Theologian Council. Passionate about youth development, she inspires through sermons, motivational talks, seminars, and mentorship, empowering young people to pursue a life of faith and purpose.
