Arianna Wyllie
Arianna Wyllie is a dedicated immigration officer and administrative professional based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with a strong foundation in legal studies and criminal justice, she brings precision, discretion, and bilingual communication skills to her work in public service. Arianna currently serves in the Immigration Department of the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where she oversees passport applications, conducts applicant interviews, and collaborates with law enforcement to uphold border security protocols. Her academic journey includes an Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, where she has excelled with a GPA of 3.92. Arianna’s early career in healthcare administration at Beachmont Eye Institute honed her organizational and client service abilities, which she now applies in a legal and governmental context. Fluent in English and conversational in French, Arianna is proficient in Microsoft Office and known for her meticulous attention to detail. She was honored with the Most Outstanding Junior Officer Award in 2024, a testament to her commitment and excellence in public service.
Shanise John
Shanise John is a motivated and detail-oriented professional from Belair Village, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Born on January 24, 2000, she is passionate about personal and professional development, with a strong academic background and extensive practical work experience. A graduate of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College, Division of Arts, Sciences and General Studies, Shanise has built a solid academic foundation in Environmental Science, Physical Education and Sport, and Communication Studies. She also holds multiple Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) certifications in subjects such as English, Geography, Information Technology, and Biology. Her technical proficiency includes programming and advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Database management. Shanise’s professional experience spans several years, including service with the Customs and Excise Department through the Youth Empowerment Service (YES) Program and previous roles at the Beachmont Eye Institute during summer periods between 2015 and 2017.
Elroy Quammie
Elroy Quammie is a dedicated Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology professional from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with over nine years of progressive experience in criminal investigations, forensic analysis, and psychological support within law enforcement and academic settings. He currently serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of the West Indies, Five Islands Campus in Antigua and Barbuda, where he facilitates courses in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies. His teaching philosophy emphasizes practical engagement, critical thinking, and evidence-based understanding of criminal behavior and justice systems. Elroy also holds an active role as a Detective Police Corporal and Witness Care Officer with the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force, where he specializes in victim counseling, court orientation, and case management. His work extends to providing training and lectures on sexual offences, domestic violence, and other criminal offences, reflecting his commitment to ethical practice, community safety, and trauma-informed care.
Academically, Elroy is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Forensic Psychology at Walden University (USA), following the completion of a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology with distinction (GPA 3.964) and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (Summa Cum Laude, GPA 3.935) from Monroe College. He also holds an Associate Degree in Psychology from the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Community College and an Instructor’s Development Certificate from Erdiston Teachers’ Training College in Barbados. Throughout his career, Elroy has been recognized for academic and professional excellence, earning multiple President’s Honors at Monroe College, the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in Criminal and Social Justice (2021), and an Academic Award from the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (2022). A skilled communicator and analytical thinker, Elroy combines academic insight with practical law enforcement experience to advance the fields of forensic psychology, criminal investigation, and justice reform. His professional interests include offender rehabilitation, victim advocacy, and the integration of psychological science into criminal justice practice.
Romancia Jordon
Romancia Jordon is a dedicated law enforcement professional with over nine years of experience in policing, criminal investigations, and victim support within the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force. She currently serves as a Detective Police Corporal, where she specializes in the investigation and prevention of sexual offences, mentoring junior officers, and leading both in-house and external training programs on domestic violence and related crimes. Romancia holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (Summa Cum Laude, 4.0 GPA) and a Diploma in Forensic Science with Honors from Ashworth College, Georgia (2017, 2019–2023). She also possesses multiple professional certifications from the University of the West Indies, including Community Policing Strategies for the Caribbean (2020), Introduction to Community Policing (2019), Managing Projects for Success (2015), and Supervisory Management (2014). Her academic journey began at the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Community College, where she studied Communication Studies, Sociology, and Management of Business.
Throughout her distinguished service, Romancia has received several awards, including Police Woman of the Year (2018), Most Outstanding Police Officer at the Eastern Division (2018), and Most Outstanding Officer at the Sexual Offences Unit (2020) — recognition of her professionalism, integrity, and excellence in service. Her leadership extends beyond enforcement; she is deeply committed to mentoring, public education, and improving investigative standards in sexual offence and domestic violence cases. Known for her honesty, reliability, and strong communication skills, Romancia combines compassion with professionalism in advancing justice and community safety.
Britney Soleyn
Britney Soleyn is an aspiring political scientist and dedicated public servant from Brighton, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with Second Upper Class Honors from the University of the West Indies Global Campus, which she is set to complete in July 2025. Additionally, Britney has earned a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies Open Campus with a strong foundation in public administration, Britney has gained valuable experience through her roles in various governmental departments. She began her career as a Data Entry Intern at the Service Commissions Department and later served as a Clerk/Typist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
Currently, she is an Immigration Officer at the Passports and Immigration Department, where she utilizes her skills in customer service, multitasking, and time management to support the needs of the community. Britney is known for her patience, adaptability, and teamwork, which have been instrumental in her professional growth. Her commitment to excellence was recognized with several awards, including the Outstanding Punctuality and Attendance Certificate from St. Joseph’s Convent and the ‘Early Bird’ Certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.Outside of her professional life, Britney is passionate about traveling, exploring new cuisines, dancing, and learning about different cultures. She believes that understanding diverse perspectives is key to fostering inclusive communities and enhancing public service. As she continues her journey in public service, Britney is eager to contribute positively to her country and make a meaningful impact in her field.
Brian Alexander
Brian Adrian Jr Alexander is a passionate ICT specialist and public sector professional based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. With an Associate Degree in Information and Communication Technology from the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College, Brian has built a career rooted in technical expertise, community engagement, and national service. His early experience includes a pivotal internship with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC), where he contributed to web design, telecommunications reporting, and the rollout of free Wi-Fi in public schools. After graduation, Brian joined the SVG Rugby Union as a youth coach, bringing the sport to classrooms across the country and nurturing the next generation of athletes. Since 2017, Brian has served in the Customs and Excise Department under the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where he earned certification from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Firearms Trafficking Investigations and Evidence Recovery.
Outside of his professional life, Brian is deeply involved in sports and youth development. He is a Level 2 Coach, Referee, and Team Manager for the SVG Rugby Union, and a former Shotokan Karate instructor with a 3rd-degree brown belt. His hobbies include hiking, swimming, and mentoring children through the ‘Get into Rugby’ program. Brian is known for his integrity, leadership, and commitment to service, qualities that continue to shape his contributions to both his country and community.
